So we're talking about what - a 15' radius, 40', somewhere in the middle?

For our two joining station I just use a couple of boards/sticks that were bowed near the center of the 24" length -- never really measured the radius.

Got it...better clamps...didn't have any that would reach...but will "fix"it!
Rout the channel also! Cool!
