Today I got the back and top glued and thicknessed. Also have the sides thicknessed, laminated, and in the vacuum bag. Ignore the coloration *(&%*&(*& camera.

What keeps the sides/epoxy from sticking to the vac bag?

I roll that epoxy on and into the laminate with some vigor, there is no squeeze-out to speak of, not a problem.


ps - I'll try to remember to do a very short vid next time I use the epoxy, you'll see what I mean. It's a technique I learned from Brian Burns.

Do you use the same West epoxy for pore filling?

I don't. I've actually talked to a couple of folks that say they do, but it just is not designed for that purpose.

Dang, I should try it on some scrap just to prove it to myself.
