Coming along nicely. Will be neat to see that box closed up and trimmed.

Finally got around to the top. The fish-glued braces are on, and roughly shaped. I've got some clean-up and some sanding etc to do yet, and some fine-tuning, but I think it sounds pretty good when tapped.
I should be gluing the top on tomorrow.
Yes, the A-frame is let into the headblock, and the slots for them are already cut - I will of course be cutting them to the same length.

Well the box is closed, looks a little lop-sided for some reason :-)
The purfling gap at the top of the rosette will be covered by the fb extension. Whew!
