One-way trussrod heated to 190-200 (should melt the glue a bit to allow the fb to readjust) for 1 hour, just lightly clamped.

John, I"m not sure what caused the back bow.

There actually is a professional quality tool available designed for this purpose. There are made of rectangular steel tubing -- they have been used to save many guitars. Sometimes it does not work, but but I believe worth a try versus a neck replacement right from the get-go.
