I bent the binding and routed the binding channels with my KMG binding jig.
Because of the aggressive wedge, I am going to have bit of clean up to do. When I made the last wedge, it was not wedged as much and I had no issues using the KMG hand held unit. This time, because of the extreme angle of the back plate to the side in some places, the channel is not the full depth. Lesson learned. Keep the wedge closer to a one inch difference between the thick and thin sides.

I glued in the tail wedge...which is very un-wedge-like in its straightness:
Then glued on some binding. Sorry for the bad pic. I took it with my phone and on the little screen, it looked good.

I finished up the binding and scraped it flush. At this point, the whole box is sanded to 120. On to fitting the neck!
