Maybe first make a test shot of bridge wood/soundboard wood using proposed techniques and materials?

Okey dokey, strung up, not all the way to pitch, that'll be after lunch. But the bridge is under some good tension and so far has not popped off.

Never had to worry about this procedure but the stories about torrefied wood have me crossing my fingers.
