I don't recognize the purfling, we normally send BWBWB - is what you used made of wood? Did you have to do any pre-bending for the stuff on the sides?

You are correct Ken, I found some purflings at a specialty wood supplier down the road, so I used a BWB on the front and a WBW on the back. They are wood (or wood fiber). The banding on the sides is thin enough to not require any pre-bending. I don't think it's the sort of purfling usually found on guitars as it's thicker than normal, but I wanted to give the side purfling a whirl on this one and that was the only style I could get my hands on.kencierp wrote:I don't recognize the purfling, we normally send BWBWB - is what you used made of wood?
