Why have I never thought of using a guitar stand to hold my partially completed boxes before? Nice looking work.

I felt like all thumbs when I did a dry run with the binding,,, then I thought, wait a minute,,, put it on a stand.... It made the process much easier and the guitar body will sit stable in just about any position.
I got the binding leveled today. Just needs a little sanding and then apply the finish.

Hi George-
It looks beautiful!! How did you rout off the overhang and then rout the binding channels? Any issue with climb cuts? I noticed that Dave ran the routed the whole body length in one clockwise pass. Maybe taking off just a little with each pass prevented tear out so climb cuts were unnecessary?
