You guys gotta try gettin your hands on some curly mango! Freshly sanded, feels like balsa wood....smells sweet, like a flower garden. Hardens up quite nicely, bends like tinfoil, and you've seen how it finishes.....gorgeuous stuff.
So, my big brother was playing guitar and I figured I'd try it too.

My wood arrived today and it is MUCH darker than in the pics from ebay. Here are two pics I took:
