Well, it sure is,,,,, listed under Recommended Tools And Supplies...... Their list of tools most useful for kit builders.

I won't be needing one of theirs. I've got a drawer full of ball end allen wrenches and one metric set that has handles.

I'm about to fit the top. I'll check for access through the soundhole before I glue it. If I can get to it without drilling I'll leave the brace as is.

Maybe I didn't read close enough, but what type of X brace is that? it looks weak to me at the intersection of the X and the scalloping... the intersection is lower than the lower wings....maybe you're seeing something that I'm not.....

Jack you are correct, I went and looked and it looks like the x braces are upside down. I though the stewmac kits came with already shaped braces.

The last post from George on this thread was quite awhile ago.
