I am just wondering why everyone keeps spelling his name Kinkead (it's that way on the cover of his book), when in his book, on the headstock of his guitars and on his shirt and on the labels he puts in his guitars it's spelled Kinkade. Maybe he spells it two different ways. Seems unusual. Good book!

Looks like Kinkead pronounced like Kinkade -- so, ease of market recognition?

Re: his book - I see a number for sale on Amazon, some mention that plans at the end are missing, another that a cd is missing. Does this book usually come with plans and a cd?

Ok, there's a new copy on Amazon for $17 plus shipping.
I'll wait a day though in case any of the forum members have a copy they'd like to sell.
