Ya, just f.. brilliant. Well done Kevin. You probably impress the misses. I'll use that bit on my next open headstock and make an impression here.

Heel is pre shaped, extra cut off the neck width, inside heel block area is shaped, sanded and sealed. Ready for the sides.

FINALLY last night I got the sides bent for this guitar. It went well, no issues. The second side I rushed a bit taking it out of the bender and got a little spring back right away but they are clamped in the mold and fit great. By the end of the weekend I hope to have the end block glued and the sides attached to the neck. I am so slow!!!!

Here are the sides in the form. I had some spring back so the clamps pull the sides up tight until I get them trimmed and glued up. I actually got the sides trimmed to length, the end block glued in and the sides attached to the neck this weekend. I thought I took a picture, will do that tonight.
Next up is to radius the back rims in my radius dish, then glue in the kerfing...........

Kevin, two questions.
1. How's the LMI yellow glue doing, compared to Titbond? (Hmm, really? Did I type "Titbond"?)
2. How did you attach the headtemplate? tape? glue?
