Very nice Dave. I have always struggled with the end graft. I try it on my next project.
How do you drill those nice square holes in the MDF?

I should post another vid to show that advanced technique - basically, I drill a round hole thru the mdf the same size as the screw I will be using, put the screw through the hole, then pound the crap out of it so that the square thingie on the screw makes its own little square hole.

Is that the same tool that Chevy mechanics refer to as a Ford Wrench? I think I have one.

You can use a nut on the bolt end to tighten it and draw the square thingy into the MDF thus saving you Ford Wrench or is it a Chevy wrench, I always get them miped ux.
