LMII Parlor build

Hi again, I just commenced building my pre serviced LMI Parlor with Scott Antes PL29 plan and to be honest I dont find that plan very helpful. I am running into problems already with the end block and heel block not having any measurements provided and a very scant reference to the heel block says: "OK to make shorter by 16mm this edge" with an arrow pointing to the soundhole side of the block. Thats all there is. I have very little experience of building kits -just a stew mac dreadnought so far but that taught me enough to realise that the angle of the top of the block comes into play when trying to match your dome on the top and back -if thats the correct term - with the top of the end and heel block ?

Its a pre serviced kit so I was expecting to find that all those little planing jobs were factored in for angles etc but I can see no angle on the blocks provided

Yep --- those mystery kits from LMII and others are were the inspiration for the "KMG Success Kit packages." Anyway don't worry about angles just yet that comes later and since you now have a Mega Mold you'll do just fine. Assemble the rim as explained here:

make sure to assemble the blocks top side down so that plane is flat and level. Disregard advice about pre-angling the blocks as that will cause a mess!! As matter of fact there is no reason you can't use the KMG instruction manual as your construction guide -- the worse thing you can do is get bits and pieces of information off the internet and especially other forums (the advice will be well meaning but lack the necessary continuity and focused assembly logic) I hope others who have used the KMG assembly manual and/or Mega Mold will chime in here.

Thanks Guys for the kind offers of some advise on this build--I'm probably gonna need plenty but its always encouraging to know there are others out there who have probably been through the same as me. I finally got Kens mega mold delivered all the way to Ireland and what a nice piece of kit !! I will be using it to build the parlor. I have limited experience so this looks like exactly what I need.
I have very little or no info regarding how the braces should be shaped and as I dont have a radius dish just yet I will need to figure that out pretty soon. The plan tells very little to be honest and i'm kinda disappointed there are no instructions but anyway, onwards and upwards !!
