You'll save money since your brace stock will go farther...........one extra brace for each 4 you make, right!

Ahh, let's see -5/16 x 4 = 20/16; 1/4 = 4/16 x 4 = 16/16; 20/16 - 16/16 = 4/16; 4/16 = 1/4 = 1 brace.
