Thanks !

I wet sanded the finish with 800p and buffed it out. I am quite happy with the way it looks, I need to glue on the bridge make a nut and saddle ... Still I am excited to show the progress.

Yes From DePaule, I think they are swallows. Darryl was expressing the irony that I had a hawk watching a set of flying swallows. I am making this for my niece and I sent her to his web site praying that she did not pick anything too hard.

Ahh yes, swallows. I'm getting ready to do one for a pastor with a cross headstock and dove position markers (guess that's why i had doves on my mind). I ordered them from Depaule.
