Dave is correct. It is the Bishop-Cochran router base. I absolutely love it. You can micro-adjust the depth, and radius, and lock them in place. You can also set a depth stop for the plunge so that you can take multiple passes to reach your desired depth, and not worry about going too deep. It is a great tool and my rosettes are better because of it. Plus, I only have two expensive tools in my shop, my drum sander, and this router base, so I have not spent a fortune on tools....yet.
