Beautiful workmanship, They are all beautiful! I really like #4 ! What finishes are you using. I am still trying to decide what to do. (I have spray equipment and have been painting race cars, model Jets and Harleys for a long time) Leaning towards Nitro right now, Any recommendations? Thanks Jack.

Hey Jack, sorry for the slow response.
I am using Nitro Lacquer, Behlens and Mohawk (the same). I like it. I tried Deft in spray cans on the first 3 guitars and it works quite well. Since Nitro burns in, your coats don't have to be perfect. I'm using an inexpensive HVLP spray system from Rockler right now (you can buy the same unit at HF for a little less money). I works fine and saves a lot of material. I haven't used any other finishe other than I tried Tru Oil the first time around on #1, and ended up sanding it off and spraying the nitro. I like how forgiving the nitro is. I don't see myself changing to something else other than I may try Tru Oil again on a neck, and I may try a french polish on a classical, if I ever get around to making one.
