All that's left is to drill holes in the braces so they look like trusses on the Golden Gate Bridge, laminate some carbon fiber into them somehow, and french polish them and the rest of the inside of the guitar. You're almost there. :-)

Dave, I can't do the french polish until the diamonds studs are inlaid.

I decided to leave the diamonds and french polish off of this one.
This back is done and ready to be attached to the waiting rims.
I know in the picture my center strip looks crooked after the last brace, but it really is straight. Crazy what distortion you can get when taking pictures.
Pretty little zipper back strip too.

I do like that Zipper strip. Do you use specific spacing for your back braces, following a plan or such?

I have always used the Antes plan for my building of Dreds. He shows the low wide lower 2 braces on the back which I used on my first build, but switched to all 5/16" wide since. So far this spacing has made all my guitars sound fabulous so I just keep on doing it the same way. :>)
