This guy (linked below) gives a list of good stuff, I am going to keep it in my pocket when the warmer weather hits and the garage sales start. Or actually, if you know the chisel or two you use most often, call or email Lee and ask for a chisel/s in those sizes in a 'user', which is how I got mine. You might spend 40$ for a pair, but they will be great and lifetime. And keep you from having to sharpen as often. And make you feel like you are connected with guys 100-200 years ago.

I picked a couple of socket chisels up from ebay. Here are some good ole names of them. Witherby, James swan. You can get these real inexpensive. Get some new handles, sharpen em up and your good to go. When you dont have time to build you can always find time to buy.!!
