I would suppose that everyone has already seen this site but ME...but I'll post it just in case. Sometimes I just go there to relax and browse, I always see something I missed the last time....lots of ideas here from the Masters, many who were in their 80's and 90's when some of these guitars were made...
I hope the info here helps someone in some way, or at least brings a bit of pleasure...
Cheers,

Thanks Fellas, glad some one noticed... :>) thing like the early rosette designs and the like I think are really cool and haven't been seen in a long long time..the finishing information can be useful as well...I intend to use a bit of the design components for the case build for my 1867 Haynes/Tilton...there isn't any information like it that I can find...even if it isn't a Martin I understand that the case was quite similar...just an example...I think it's all very very cool!

I stumbled on that site a couple of years ago when I was researching Ken's Ditson kits. I've been back there many a time. can you believe that fella's collection? Having to sell some to make room for more? Gads, I've got wood envy :-)

LOL Yup either way...all it takes is a 18 wheeler load of money I guess... like the 85 year old guy watching the 25 year old blond wiggle into the gym...he asked his trainer "What machine he should use to make her attracted to HIM" he said "I would suggest the ATM in the lobby!" (Insert GRIN here) (:>)deadedith wrote:I stumbled on that site a couple of years ago when I was researching Ken's Ditson kits. That is a very funny joke Ray. I'm afraid that wouldn't even work for me.
