Looks good enough for an Angel to play.
Very nice John.

Please excuse my bad playing at least you can see and hear the instrument. I get so nervous when I try to play before other or record. This was recorded on a still point and shoot with the internal microphone.

Love the sound, John! And as said before, stunning look of the instrument, sounded very much like classical guitar capo'd around 5 or 6. I really didn't get much sound out of the lower strings, but maybe because you are playing it as a uke. It gets interesting making an instrument that can do what a standard instrument cannot, but then playing it like a standard instrument until you learn how to do with it what a standard instrument cannot. Nevermind, too much whiskey tonite. Looks and sounds beautiful, makes me want to start a harp- something or other.
So, my big brother was playing guitar and I figured I'd try it too.

Very cool John! Something about listening to that performance made me want to dance around stonehenge with some hobbits. Possibly without clothes. Therefore I pronounce it a great success!

Thanks Ken and Tony,
I need to find some music to show the bass. I gave the guitar to a flamenco player I know and he had a great time with the instrument including the bass strings. Then it sounded OK. He was combining intro chromatic bass runs on the harp string then more scale like runs on the fretted G sting with flamenco melodies on the treble strings. That was fun to hear. I am a lot more limited with little ability to improvise.

Never had a crush on ukes, but this strikes me. Very cool indeed. Don't mind the playing, you're doing great.
