Dave's 2nd Build: A KMG J-200

Post by dave d » Thu Sep 13, 2012 9:55 pm

Hello all!
In the summer I decided it was time to order another of Ken's great kits, this time the Gibson J-200.
I've loved the shape of the J-200 ever since I held one back in the day, and a friend took this photo of me:

Okay, so it isn't really me, but hopefully my guitar, once complete, will look similar to that one.

I received the kit about 2 weeks ago, and here's a few photos of the box contents, all very nicely packaged for shipping.

Wow - I should have such a nice mustache.

So stay tuned, more pics to come as I progress. And for those of you who I will pester frequently with questions that will cause you to grimace, I apologize in advance and thank you for your patience. Again.
