Not the peg heads, They are just right with good access to all of the pegs. It a simpler boneheaded mistake that is not really cosmetic nor does it affect the playability for most players.
Not noticing is good as I will feel better leaving it.

Here's my entry: Is it the fingerboard position dot at the 16th fret? (If so, no big deal, as I've seen people put dots at all sorts of positions...who's to say it has to go at the 15th?)

I saw it right after I had the dot glued on :). I did not follow my own practice of writing the fret number on every fret. I so carefully triangulated to get every dot correctly centered. Luckily the mistake is below the 12th fret.

I didn't notice, but if you want to make it look more complete, add on at the 14th.
Looking SO good John.

Re: harp ukulele project - Finally first coat of lacquer.
I decided to just leave well enough alone and leave the dot on the sixteenth. If someone is playing the high on the neck they can figure out one fret from the other. I finally got the first coat of lacquer on the instrument. I had to finish all of the little detailed prep work. It took a lot of effort to prep all of the little corners and curves and what not especially around the harp peg head. Before doing the final prep I also assembled (photos included :)) the instrument and set the bridge location and double checked the neck angle. All looks good. I should be able to buff it out in a couple of weeks from this time.
With first coat of lacquer
Test assembly before final prep.
