If she likes sawdust so much why not dump out your dust collector in the living room? Oh wait...was that sarcasm?

Well Mr. Smarty-Pants Tony, I already DID that, which is how I know she would NOT appreciate any more dust in the house. It's been like a month and we are still walking around the pile on the family room floor! For some reason she is all 'embarrassed' when we have company or that baby shower she threw.
Women, can't live with 'em....

Or you could do what I did -

Got an A/C unit for my garage/shop. Temp went from 100* to a cool 75*. The hard part was convincing my wife to let me cut two 6" holes in the wall.

Tim - I dig it. I worry about humidity though, with the ac going don't you drop way down in moisture?

I really never worry about too dry -- I try and keep the main shop at 45% -/+ in the winter it can go down to 30-ish%.
