That burr looks like something you wear on your finger to help turn pages.
I would actually make one of these if I didn't have something cool lined up for my bridges (which I will obviously post about at some point.)

First run this afternoon - worked very well, have not seen so much sawdust in my LIFE!!!
As soon as the air clears I'll take a pic. This test was a very simple one, just getting over the awkwardness of learning some new skill.
