WTB - compact router

Post by Dave Bagwill » Tue Jun 26, 2012 2:54 pm

Looking for a router with a body less than 5" in diameter. 1/4" collet. I already have a laminate trimmer and need a bit more power for a contraption I'm messing around with. I don't need a base or any attachments, just the body.

I find the old PC 310 laminate router to have a bunch of power and it meets your size needs. It is a no nonsense router motor once pulled from the base and can be built into other contraptions. It is discontinued but they are still to be found new.
