Guitar labels : what kind of paper do you use and where do you get it from? What do you write on it?

I got some parchment paper from Staples and used a business card template in Word. Played around with that for a couple of days. It made about 15 cards per sheet of paper. It's time for me to do that again.

I've been doing the same as Carl for all of my labels.
Here is an example. I just print them out as a full sheet and cut them up.
