This is a very traditional guitar for me. I am making it as the third instrument I am building for one of my clients. She currently has one of my falcate steel string guitars and a tenor ukulele. She also owns a dreadnaught from another luthier. She is a minister and plays the instruments in her church as part of her service.
I thought an O sized guitar was perfect for her. I have all of the pictures to make a build blog but did not start one for this guitar. If there is interest I could blog the build. I still have a ways to go but I am close to starting prep and finish. Build wise so far I have not made any big mistakes that I have had to fix up off the camera. It should turn out pretty clean for me.

NIce guitar John,
I never made an O. Do they sound very different from an OO?

I can not hear the difference. I have not made enough to hear the differences as the tonal attributes between the two instruments mostly overlap. If I build a 00 with an arm bevel I treat it like a 0 bracing wise. I use 2 tone bars on my 00 and one on my 0. I think modern Martin 0 have 2 tone bars.
