2 mm with frets is jus a 1/2 mm from where I would be. You will end up with 4-5 mm of saddle showing with string tension and 2.5 mm of action.

Thanks John. So it sounds like I'm a little high. I don't more than a 3/16" saddle. Closer to 1/8" I like. I'll adjust the heel a bit.

I would not worry about the height. My tops are on the thin side and they always rise a little.
If the strain on the top is a bit too high, it will pull up the top and you are in ball park again.
BTW: I wpuld worry more about a too low saddle.
