I don't know if this was posted before, but I came along this after I ordered a stack of my logo at Andy DePaule.
(BTW: it seems he came originally from Eugene Oregon. Close to Dave)
In this vid you see the elaborious work these people do to deliver a flawless product, for a very very reasonable price.
Hats of to them. I, at first, thought they make these MOP inlays with a laser cutter. So delicate. But insignificant me, it is done by hand!!!

Quite amazing work for the price.
Yes a number of super artistic folk around my neck of the woods. I keep hoping some of it will rub off on me...
