I got the best pandemic present from my daughter this year.

My daughter likes the Ukulele. I had a blast playing Christmas, I might have to make one of my own.

The booty from Christmas. The first pic was a gift from some nutty people in Holland: a nice matching pair of socks for my wife, and for me, to 'help me remember which sock goes on which foot', a mismatched pair that has little guitars and stuff on them. Fun. Comfortable. Socks are always welcomed.
Then Santa dropped off some Drambuie to share with a friend on the back porch when we treat ourselves to a cigar; a roller pin sander which is a luxury but I'll take it, and use it; and a pistol. I actually have a Ruger P-95 9mm which looks somewhat like this one, but this is a Beeman .177 pellet gun for plinking and whatnot. Cheap and fun entertainment.

Well, here's hoping we all stay safe and well in the New Year. Looks like that Drambuie should help, Dave.
Here's what one of my son's family sent for Christmas.

I've been labeling my guitars with Carletone Music. Carleton is my given name so just added an "e." A while back they asked for me to write it out in my own handwriting. The rosette shape is a natural edged rosette from Manzanita burl I did on the guitar I gave my son. Now if someone would make a branding iron........
