I picked up these two planes the other day at the local flea market.
One is a Stanley #3 Type 10. The base had a break in it that has been brazed, and is quite usable and was done well, but I wanted to find a replacement base. It now has a Type 9 base on it, same markings, but does not have the threaded hole for the frog adjustment screw. That feature came out on the Type 10's. I don't use it anyway so I'm good with the replacement I found. This makes it a two type plane...ha ha, made between 1902 and 1909
The second plane is a #4 size made/sold by Consolidated Tool Works, Inc. between 1890 and 1925. The only marking is on the iron. Those are the years they sold these planes, so no real way to pin the date down closer.
Both planes are in great condition and will be fun to clean up and use.
