Directions for making the Tacoma-style neck joint?

I know that is is essentially the Fender bolt-on joint used on electrics, but I haven't been able to find any explicit schematics or measurements or procedures.

I don't want to wing it - so I'm wondering if any of you can direct me to a good, detailed set of instructions?
