Out of my league, but I think Brunner does offer a kit -- would be interesting to see what he charges.

It looks like he will make up a kit for you, but only if you put it together at his place in Switzerland. A 1-2 course in putting it together up to the point of lacquering, which he can do if you cannot spend the extra week or two, or you can take it in the white and do the finishing yourself. I didn't bother looking at prices.
