Guitar playing instruction

Post by John Link » Wed Nov 30, 2016 1:34 pm

If anyone wants these I will send them if you pay shipping. They are Griff Hamilin instructional courses, DVDs plus book. I ship UPS and they seem reluctant to ship anything for less than twenty bucks these days. That's still not a bad deal, considering what Hamilin charges.

I've been trying to play for 50 years. Never much of a result. Lately I've developed Dupuytren's Contracture in fingers in both hands, so I'm giving up. I can still make cords, etc. enough to get an idea of basic sound. That's the way it will be from now on. So you are welcome to them. I answered your PM.

Arg. John I've got dupuytrens starting on one hand. Both of my brothers have it. The older who is now past had some advanced, fingers pulled in.
I feel for you and I've been hoping mine doesn't get too bad.

Thanks Kevin. There are treatments for it, but they never get you back to 100%. And they have varying degrees of success in the first place.

Sorry to hear about your Depuytren. I've seen quite a lot and I know it's a burden. I wish you all the luck on that, John.
