That will be one fine guitar. It is really turning out nice. I like what you did with the rosette and the end graph.

Pore filling with zpoxy. This Narra is quite porous. I've done 3 coats and I think I'll still need more.

You might have better luck using a 3M spreader -- thick rubber like 2.5 x 4 -- even with Zpoxy you have to break the surface tension and "pack" the filler into the pores -- I like the shower squeegees but they are too soft for the Zpoxy.

Is it a pressure thing? I haven't been using very much at all. I assumed too much force would pull the filler out of the pores, but too light of a touch never forces it into the pores? Thanks for the tip Ken. Also do you have a part number or link to squeegee your talking about?
