Never built a uke. I am interested though. Do they need neck angle and domes ext like guitars?. Suppose I need a book

My necks are in plane with a flat non-domed top. The ukuleles are normally nylon strings with a lower saddle height than a steel string. The fret board are typically thinner than a classical fret board for me the is 3 mm vs 6 mm. Those factors allow me to have the perfect saddle height with a flat neck angle.

No need to over engineer a uke -- I do use a 15' back radius. looks pretty cool!

Only uke I ever assembled was a Stewart kit.

I like the 15' radius back as well. I have made them both a tapered back and a non tapered back.
