How to sharpen a fret saw?

I have one of the stewmac fret saws, which has dulled over time, like me, but unlike me I assume the saw can be re-sharpened.
How to do that?

Maybe you just need an assistant to apply more force, as shown here

Outstanding idea! I'll just have to adjust my work schedule around the 2 hours a day/night she is awake!!
