I have never heard of black bone pins. Bone is generally off white in color but you could probably buy some white pins and dye them. Another option is black water buffalo horn which you can find from a few suppliers and on eBay. I used amber buffalo horn pins on a guitar I made for my brother and they worked great and looked nice too. Other options are ebony pins, or Tusq.

You are welcome and no problem!
DePaule Supply has amber ones for sure, not certain about black. Ebay sellers also have them. Just search for buffalo bridge pins on ebay. Elderly Instruments has them. Definitely cheaper on ebay though. Maury's Music has them as well, but they are expensive. And you can still get the black Tusq pins.

I've purchased pins from Bob Colosi: http://www.guitarsaddles.com/products.asp . He has the buffalo horn.
