New project, a Koa and cedar 00

Post by John J » Sat Oct 17, 2015 11:16 am

Starting on my next one, a 00 14 fret with Koa back and sides and a sinker cedar top. First time working with cedar. Anything I should be wary of? Top thinned to .120". Back to .90" and sides to about .76".

Did the rosette, similar to my last one but with an abalone center. Purpleheart with purfling.
