I didn't make the jig. I just drew out the radial pattern on a piece of paper and used a straight edge to mark the angles on the wood. Then fine tuned on my granite tile covered with sandpaper. Then routed out.

Do you find that glue bottle to be a useful thing? I could use something to help my accuracy in applying glue.
