I never said any of the solutions did not work. I just shared the issues that I would have with them.

I was on Yamamoto's website just now and realize that his 'special nut' - as in the picture above - is the optional one. The default nut is the regular type. What threw me was this weird sentence:

"Original nut design for every good things from Zero fret and traditional nut(optional)"
I think what he's saying is that his original nut design (pic above) keeps the advantages of the zero fret and the advantages of the traditional nut.

So..thanks for your input fellers.

His head-stock design is much like Gore's in that the string path is very straight, saddle to tuner posts. Almost does not need nut slots.
