Re: OOPPPPS!!
OK, I know that most of you figured that you hadn't seen a post from me in a while that I just gave up and threw my pile of sticks into the trash. OH ye of little faith!! A couple of trips, daughter buying a house (lots of daddy projects there) ,crappy weather, etc etc did delay things but I finally got my repair completed on my sides. Things went pretty well though I'm not sure that it wouldn't have been faster just to bend up a new set of rims. There are a couple of defects that show on the outside at the waist bend so it looks like another sunburst is in my future. UUggghhhhh!! I love the look but hate all the additional work they take. I'll post pics when I re glue the back and start back fitting the bindings which is where I stopped before the train jumped the track and I had to go into damage control mode. Well I think that I have certainly earned one more credit towards my diploma from the school of hard knocks though it seems like this is the institution that you never quite graduate from.

- all cleaned up with new side braces. I think it will be hard to detect without close examination particularly when you are only able to view from the sound hole.
