Pardon my manners. I see I never responded here, and no pics of the guitar all strung up and such. I was going to try and play something for you too.
I'll get that done. I like the guitar. The finish rubbed out with wax and steel wool has a super smooth soft feel, the neck is quite nice. I don't like the look of the scratches from the wool on the top, but on the neck and body you don't really notice them. The guitar is starting to open up and sound quite nice. I have normal tension strings on it now, had hard tension at first. I like the normal tension better. Lots of bass. It does resonate, but I wouldn't say it is loud. Might not do well in a concert hall. The radiused fretboard gives a familiar feel, but I am having trouble barring on this thing, more so than on a steel string, and I don't know why. The action is pretty much where it should be although I could lower the strings a tad at the nut.
I have a couple of wolf notes showing up, one when I fret the 5th string at the second fret....strange, the other I can't remember where I heard it. I wasn't getting that with the hard tension strings.
A good friend wants me to build him one EXACTLY like this one. Sheesh, I would rather do it different but he wants it to look like this one. He doesn't play but is another 60 year old guy who thinks he wants to learn to play. I'm glad I started when I was 12. :)

I haven't put one in this guitar yet. I probably will, and when I do it will be the JJB system, I think they have a 4 transducer one for classicals.
