Bushings

Post by Dave Bagwill » Wed Mar 11, 2015 10:24 pm

I need to make a jig for drilling tuner holes in a slot-head neck.
Would someone post a pic of what the best bushing for this would be?
(I'm still bush-league in some ways :-)_
Thanks

This is just one source. There are several companies that sell these. Some cheaper but this gives you an idea what you need.

Thanks Tim. A few choices there but self-explanatory I reckon. A press-fit for a permanent placement.

The other thing is if you are just making a drill jig, why not just drill the holes out of aluminum block stock for the size you need?

Where does one get the stock, and will a simple drill press do the job?
