I had quoted Ken in my reply, so I was referring to the Ridgid trim router. I love mine! :D For Rosettes, you don't need anything bigger than a trim router. Heck, a lot of guys use a Dremel in a Stewmac router base & circle cutting jig. Start the cut in the area that is hidden under the fingerboard.
