Having just watched a video of Steve Earle, playing what I believe to be a CF-100 I've become very interested in finding out more about them. Are they essentially an LG-2 with a Florentine cutaway?

Some details I've found on the CF100E reissue:
1 3/4″ wide bone nut
24 3/4″ scale length
14 3/8″ lower bout dimension
4 1/2″ deep sides at end pin
