1950's

Maybe you just had to be there :-) but I like seeing people, cars, products that I remember with some fondness. Sadly, no guitars show up in this clip...

Ah yes waxing nostalgic. I remember the fifties well. Half the time you had to get your neighbors to push your car to get it started on a cold morning. On a hot day if you drove on the highways the new tires you just bought would get hot and separate. Let's see what else? Oh yeah! Going up a mountain them old cars would overheat and you would set on the side of the road while somebody went for water.you stepped on a peg to start your truck or pushed a button to start your car or like I said before pop the clutch in second gear to start it. I did like the music though. My fingers were more limber back then. But couldn't get no cell phone service. I had a bike, basketball, baseball glove, and a guitar. A radio and a record player I was the richest kid in history. But I still couldn't get my laptop to work. The cell service was terrible back then. Lol

I saw a voice-o-graph passing.
This year Jack White recorded a few song with one of them oldies. Available on Cd and MP3 now.
