neck block grain orientation

Solid or Laminated sides? Ribbon lining style (kerfing) - rim profiling, contouring and the logic for those choices

I did the dovetail on the last build and plan to sue it again on this one so horizontal seems to make the most sense. Thanks for the feedback on the bracing question, I may make some minor adjustments but nothing that strays too far from the plans. It worked well for the first one so lets stick with what works.
